Sign in to the «Undergraduate» section of admission.mnums.edu.mn with your Education Evaluation Centre (EEC) registration number and password, and confirm your details.

Choose up to 8 «ranked» programmes and 1 «direct» programme. Paying the application fee online confirms the choice; the fee is paid once and is not refunded.

When registration closes, scores are taken from the EEC system, ranked per programme and announced within 24 hours. For a direct programme, applicants who meet the threshold choose it on 1 July and pay the tuition.

Thresholds and exam subjects differ by programme and campus (Ulaanbaatar or a branch school); see the table on the «Admission requirements» page.

Confirm the programme and sign the student contract. Student ID, e-mail and e-card are issued in the third week of August, followed by orientation in the last week of August and a health check at the university hospitals.

Apply for a room in the student system (student.mnums.edu.mn). Within 24 hours of the room allocation, pay the full accommodation fee. Print the health-check results and, from the student web, the dormitory contract and dormitory card; move in once the documents are complete.

Under 18: have the early-detection screening at your district or soum hospital and bring the results. 18 or over and screened within the last year: no repeat test is needed. Never screened: have it done at the MNUMS Central Hospital and print the results.

3 dormitories, 1584 beds in total: no. 1, 360 beds (Bayanzurkh district, 6th khoroo); no. 2, 360 beds (Bayanzurkh district, 6th khoroo); no. 3, 864 beds (Bayanzurkh district, 12th khoroo).

Students of the priority and in-demand programmes set by Government resolution 115 of 2023 — ten MNUMS programmes; ask the Student Registration and Records Office whether yours is one of them.

Interest-free, without collateral or holding the diploma; repaid in monthly instalments over 1–6 years after graduation.

Applications online every year on 15–30 September and 15–30 March, announced at least 10 days before.

Documents: an application to the Student Registration and Records Office; from E-Mongolia, ID and birth records, the exam certificate and the secondary-school certificate.
